2. Description of Service

LumenHorizon provides lead generation services through various advertising channels including social media, search engines, and premium advertising networks. Our services are designed to connect businesses with qualified prospects who have expressed interest in their products or services.

We offer different pricing tiers based on the advertising channel used:

• Social Media Campaigns: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Campaigns: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Network Campaigns: $60 per qualified lead

3. Qualification Process

Not all businesses qualify for our lead generation services. We reserve the right to review all applications and approve or deny service based on our internal criteria. Factors considered include but are not limited to:

• Business legitimacy and compliance with applicable laws
• Industry compatibility with our advertising networks
• Budget requirements and payment capability
• Target market alignment with our service capabilities

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required for qualified leads delivered through our platform. Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Refunds are not provided for leads that have been delivered and verified as qualified according to the agreed-upon criteria.

5. Lead Quality Standards

We define qualified leads as prospects who:

• Have expressed genuine interest in your products or services
• Meet the demographic and geographic criteria specified in your campaign
• Have provided accurate contact information
• Are not duplicates of previously delivered leads

Any disputes regarding lead quality must be reported within 48 hours of lead delivery with supporting documentation.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their business and target market
• Responding to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their industry
• Maintaining current payment information and settling invoices promptly
• Providing feedback on lead quality to help optimize campaigns

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy of both our clients and the leads we generate. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

LumenHorizon's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month in which the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
